About Me

As a UX researcher, I aim to understand how users interact with products or services and use that knowledge to improve the overall user experience. My background in design management from SCAD, as well as my certification in design thinking from Harvard, provide me with the foundational knowledge and skills to conduct user research effectively.

Furthermore, my BFA in animation developed my technical art and storytelling skills, enabling me to approach UX research from a unique perspective. For almost a year now, I bring a creative and empathetic approach to my work, allowing my team to better understand users’ emotional responses and motivations.

In my spare time, I am an oddities artist who designs crowns. At first glance, it may seem that this is not directly related to UX research. Four years into the art, I realized that being an oddities artist gives me a keen eye for aesthetics and design and the ability to understand the needs and desires of my clients. But mostly, this art suggests I have an unusual perspective and a willingness to think outside the box. This has grown into an asset in UX research as I come up with innovative solutions to design problems that others might overlook.
